Orphanage foundations almost complete
As of March 2007 the building foundations have
almost been completed. We are incredibly excited
and long to see the building full of children.
We opened our flagship studio in Suffolk Izzi
Izaiah in October 2007, and had a brilliant
first year which almost made us hope that we
will be able to complete the orphanage by 2009.
But little did we know the recession was coming.
We have struggled to survive in business with so
many businesses closing down all around us.
Early 2009 we realized that if we were ever
going to fulfill our charity dreams, we have to
branch out, and with through research, Textile
Projects was born in June 2009, and Sew
Brilliant in early 2011.
We are now hoping that the orphanage building
project will continue, beginning of 2012. If you
